You can be based in Uvita, go to Manuel Antonio after breakfast, enjoy lunch in one of the beachfront restaurants after a long walk in the park, have a little swim before driving back to Uvita to watch the sunset.

With the costal highway between Manual Antonio and Dominical now completed it is less than an hour to Quepos and a further 5 minutes to Manuel Antonio. It is definitely worth a day trip. In fact, with the traditionally higher vacation rental prices in Manuel Antonio, the new highway has made it feasible to have your vacation based in Dominical or Uvita and just go visit the national park as a day excursion.
