No, you only need to sign up once. After you have signed up, our system will send you a confirmation email with your account ID and password. You can list as many properties as you like under the same account, as long as you use the same account ID and password to log in at our website each time you list a property.
On the other hand, if you wish to list a property under a different account, you will need to sign up again to have another set of account ID and password assigned. You can open as many different accounts as you wish, however, only accounts that have listings will stay active; unused accounts will be removed periodically.
