For individual property owners who have listed their vacation homes in the Vacation rentals section, we have a special ‘cap’ policy which limits the fee we can earn. If the vacation rental is for a period of more than 30 days, you do not pay any fee at all after the first 30 days; our fee is based on your total income for the first 30 days only.
