Why do I have to login at your website to get the reservation details? Can’t you email them to me?

When your property receives a reservation request, our system will automatically notify you through email. You will need to log in at our website and retrieve the reservation details. This is the only way we can be certain that the reservation request has been picked up. If a reservation request is not retrieved 48 hours after an email notification has been sent, we will endeavor to contact you by phone; and if you do not have availability, we can channel the interest to another property.

 

We are aware that there are many listing providers in the marketplace who deliver reservation details directly to your email, but these are websites that have already charged you an upfront fee, or will bill you according to the number of enquiries they deliver, regardless of the outcome. It makes no difference to the listing providers in this case as to what happens to the reservation request. In our case, on the contrary, a reservation request delivered to your email, if missed, misplaced or mishandled, would be a lost opportunity.
