Yes, if you prefer, reservation requests for your properties can be channeled to our sales team. We will respond to the renters and communicate with them until they are ready to book. If you accept the booking and we hand over the reservation details, we will increase our commission from 10% to 15%.
Furthermore, we can help you process the rental payment by preparing an invoice, charge the credit card and transfer the balance to your Costa Rican bank account after retaining our commission. For this service we charge a fixed $50 fee. In this scenario, you will still be responsible for issuing the rental agreement and process the damage deposit on arrival. For homeowners who need our help with the whole process, including preparing the rental agreement and collecting the damage deposit, we will retain 20% commission as per our standard Vacation Rentals Management agreement.
