Will my listings of vacation rentals or lodging properties ever expire?

No, your listing will be active as long as there is no breach of listing terms and conditions. Some of the possible causes for removal of a listing include:
§ Dishonesty – You have an obligation to pay our fee and/or commission if you have a confirmed rental from our website users. On a periodic basis we email you a referral report on which we ask you to indicate the outcome of each referral. If you fraudulently report a "no stay", we will remove the listing permanently.
§ Fail to respond – As mentioned above, we periodically email you a report on the referrals channeled to you from our website, and ask you to complete the report by indicating the outcome of each referral; if you persist in ignoring our reports, we will remove the listing until we hear from you.
§ Fail to settle our invoices in a timely manner – After we have determined our commission based on your feedback, we will email you an invoice which is payable on receipt; if payment is not received, the listing will be removed until the invoice is settled.
§ Misleading availability status – If again and again, your availability calendar shows that the property is ‘available’ but you tell us or the renters that it is not, it is time for you to login and update your calendar or the listing will be removed.
§ Non-working email address - reservation requests forwarded to you constantly bounce back.
§ Repeated complaints or negative comments – if too often we hear from renters that they are dissatisfied with their experience at your lodging facility, we will remove your listing.
