Playa Dominicalito is the main beach for several residential communities in the outskirts of Dominical, including Canto del Mar, Pozo Azul and Las Olas.

It is 4 km or 2.5 miles south of Dominical, less than 10 minutes’ drive.

This beach is the main attraction for residents and visitors who live 5 to 10 minutes’ walk away in the Canto Del Mar seaside community, where vacation rentals such as Pacific Sunset and Pacific Breeze are in high demand. 

This is a very scenic beach where at high tide is good for basic surfing, but watch out for the rocks. It has interesting rock formations at both the north and south sections of this 2km beach.

You can explore the coves and the rocky outcrops next to what is called Punta Dominical. Here is the home to the local fishing community. You can buy fresh fish right off the beach if you come at the right time!

Busy on the weekends but pretty quiet most of the time.
