The local supermarket located at Plaza Pacifica in Dominical has an adequate range of grocery items to satisfy most visitors on a short stay; for more variety, there are two large supermarkets in Uvita, about 9 miles south of Dominical.

Local residents usually shop in San Isidro, where they can go to a farmers market for fresh fruits and vegetables every Thursday and Friday. If you are staying for a while, it is worth traveling to San Isidro to get stocked up.
