Vacation Rentals Managers - Marketing Affiliation Program
Under a marketing affiliation agreement we provide referral, booking and payment services for property managers and rental agents who represent homeowners in marketing and managing vacation rentals. Our services include uploading your properties onto our system, but we ask that you check each listing and keep us informed of any changes or updates. Or you can use your client ID and password to self-list and self-manage your listings by following the guidelines on our website.
When your property receives a reservation request, our system will automatically notify you through email. You will need to login at our website and retrieve the reservation details, as this is the only way we can be certain that the reservation request has been picked up; if a reservation request is not retrieved 48 hours after an email notification has been sent, we will endeavor to assist the potential renter directly according to our discretion.
Note that we are entitled to our fee as long as the renters we referred to you have booked and paid, regardless of changes of dates, rates or properties from the original reservation request. Note also that we do randomly survey our website users to get feedback on their booking experience and the quality of their stay.
On a periodic basis we email you a referral report which you can verify according to actual bookings, and our invoice is based on your feedback on this report. Our fee is 10% of the rental net of taxes, before deducting any associated costs such as credit card or bank transfer charges, and is payable on receiving our invoice.
When we receive reservation requests for your properties through toll free or local calls, emails or in person, we may handle the communication process with the potential renters until they are ready to book, at which stage we handover the rental details for you to finalize the booking. Our fee in this case is 15% of the net rental before deducting any associated costs such as credit card or bank transfer charges, and is payable on receiving our invoice.
If you require us to process payment on your behalf, we will invoice the renter and collect payment through bank transfer or credit card, and distribute the income to you through bank deposit within Costa Rica, net of our fees and transaction fees charged by banks or institutions. With payment service included our fee will be 20%. However, you will still be responsible for issuing the rental agreement and processing the damage deposit on arrival.
