Los Pericos is a private and secluded Nosara beach house nestled on a hill side in a cul-de-sac location. It has a private pool, air condition throughout, and is within walking distance to Playa Pelada.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft with extra sleeping room, the house also features a large patio and garden. Its location is perfect at only 5 minutes’ walk to Pelada Beach; and a further 10 minutes to the surfers' beach, Playa Guiones, via a footpath across a headland.

A grocery store and a surf shop are within a 10-minute walk from the house, and it is next to two restaurants on the beach, namely Olga's and La Luna.

Activities within 5 minutes’ drive or less include river tour, horseback riding, canopy tour, surf lessons, Nosara Biological Reserve botanical tour and kayaking.

Beach activities are at your door step with surfing, body surfing, shelling, fishing and swimming.
