Villa Olivia is a two story 4 bedroom+studio beachfront vacation rental located right on Playa Grande, close to local restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Playa Grande is one of the best surfing beaches in Costa Rica, centrally situated between two other vacation hot spots: 30 minutes north of Playa Tamarindo and 30 minutes south of Playa Flamingo.

The mediteranean style architecture of this Costa Rican beach house emphasizes open spaces and large verandas. The furnishings are contemporary and comfortable, many custom-made out of local hardwoods. Bedrooms are decorated in fun colorful themes. Both floor levels feature spacious wrap-around verandas with views of the pristine coastline and spectacular sunsets.

The villa now features a 15' above-ground pool, private telephone and wireless internet. All bedrooms are furnished with air conditioning, ceiling fans, private bathrooms and safe boxes. The studio is equipped with a kitchen and features a spacious countryside deck and wet bar. The main house sleeps 9 guests and the studio sleeps an additional 4 people.

Playa Grande is a 2 mile-long crescent forming the Las Baulas Marine National Park, a sanctuary for the nesting giant leatherback turtles. The warm blue waters and honey colored sand of coastline offers more open space and privacy than any other beachfront community on the Pacific. This beach has been awarded the coveted Bandera Azul Ecológica (Blue Flag) yearly since its creation. The Blue Flag is an environmental award, given for maintaining water and coastal quality, as well as a pristine environment.
