Casa Ultima is a 2-story beach villa with 2 fully-equipped kitchens, 2 master bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 1000 sq. ft. roof-top terrace/bar offering 360 degree views of the beach, Pacific Ocean and surrounding countryside. From here you can check the surf up and down the coast, watch the various cranes and rosetea spoonbills fly between watering holes and stargaze in the evenings. This beach home was designed to provide ocean views from every room and the spacious decks offer excellent vantage points for surf photos and outdoor, seaside dining.

Our property is located within Las Baulas National Marine Park, which is a nesting site for the Leatherback Turtles. Playa Grande is world famous for its excellent surf, and there are 5 breaks just steps from the house. All the photos seen on this website were taken in front of the house.

There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance or a short drive from Casa Ultima. There is also a small market nearby and a German Bakery truck that delivers fresh bread and pastries to your door twice weekly. Tamarindo is only a short drive or a beach walk and water taxi ride away. There you will find many dining, shopping and banking choices along with spa services for your enjoyment.
