Named after one of the world’s most flamboyant trees with bright orange-red flowers, the Malinche residences are 27 condo apartments in two low rise buildings located at the top of the hill overlooking the golf course at Reserva Conchal Resort on Playa Conchal, one of the best known beaches in Costa Rica, with 2 kilometers of white sand and clam waters, opposite Catalina Islands and next to Playa Brasilito which is a small but lively village offering many tourism-related services such as restaurants and souvenir stores.

At the foot of the residences, the Malinche Club House pool and poolside terrace commands an unhindered view of the ocean, the golf course and the Catalina Islands, and provide an alternative to the beachfront Beach Club, where there are 2 restaurants and 4 bars, a full-service spa and massage treatment facility, a fitness center and a watersports center with equipment for snorkeling, boogie boarding, ocean kayaking, kite boarding and volleyball.

Beach Club shuttle runs every 15 minutes from the residences, and on call any time between 7am  to 11pm. The resort reception and concierge services are at service 24 hours a day.

This one-bedroom condo unit is a cosy vacation home for a couple, with a full kitchen, air conditioning throughout, a king size bed and a bathtub in the ensuite bathroom. Covered parking is provided.
