This five year new, exquisitely furnished contemporary home and separate apartment  are part of a 5 acre estate located in the popular community of Lagunas in the Southern Pacific Zone of Costa Rica. The well known surfing town of Dominical is a 12 minute drive, and the capital , San Jose is three hours away . At 1000 feet altitude the temperature is comfortable all year 'round .

The main house is 3500 square feet on one level with a master suite at each end of the house . The separate apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with shower and large soaking tub. There is a queen bedroom with tons of storage space. The living area has an " L "shaped leather couch , TV for DVD's - More Than 75 - and a glass topped dining table with chairs for 4 .  The balcony provides ocean and jungle views matching those of the main house.
