    Description

    This 5300 square foot house sits on top of the hillside overlooking the 4th hole and has a great ocean view from the pool area and upstairs master suites. It has five bedrooms, five baths, private pool and jacuzzi, with outdoor dining for eight and BBQ area.

    The downstairs living area has a dining room that seats eight and a study. A large entertainment area sits eight adults comfortably with TV/ DVD player, movie collection and CD player. A full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, side by side fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. Washer and dryer. Off the main entry hall is one bedroom with Queen size bed and attached bathroom. Has one closet with TV.

    Upstairs are two Master suites with King size bed, slider to the balcony overlooking pool area and ocean and golf course views, full closet and dressing area, bathroom with shower and bench seating, AC and TV with DVD player. The 4th Bedroom has two Queen beds with two closets and TV, shared bathroom with shower. The 5th Bedroom has one Queen bed with closet and TV, shared bathroom with shower.

    It is $800 per night (three night minimum stay). Maximum occupancy is 12. This house also comes with Beach Club membership and Golf Privileges
